Molecules on the move!

Try this at home! 

Using two clear glasses, put hot water in one and cold water in the other. Now drop some food coloring into the hot water glass. Pay attention to how quickly the color disperses throughout the liquid. Next, try the cold water. Notice a difference? That's because the molecules in the hot water are going crazy! They are bouncing all over the place and heling disperse the color!
